二、高压压力校验仪注意事项：　　1、当充电指示灯由红灯转换为绿灯时，停止对电池充电，长期充电易损坏高能量电池。　　2、仪表长时间不用，应三个月充电一次。　　3、当仪表的压力微调已调至最大或最小位置时，不能再强行调节，以防止损坏机内部件。　　4、仪表传感器有足够的过载能力，但超过过载能力，传感器将有永久损坏的可能。　　5、压力传感器的硅膜片很薄：切忌固体、颗粒或其它硬物进入压力输出内，否则易损坏压力传感器。　　6、仪表应置于通风干燥和无腐蚀性的场所，若有特殊要求，请在定货合同中标明。　　7、充电电源：仪表配外置式开关电源，接入市电220VAC，即对仪表高能量镍氢电池充电，充电指示灯为红色时，处于充电状态：充电指示灯为绿色时，表明电池已充满，拔下开关电源，切勿在欠电压情况下，长期放置仪器，应及时充电。　　8、压力输出：校验变送器或其它在线仪表时，将变送器或其它在线仪表用所配软管连接此接口，可实现检测、测量。自校压力计时，只需将此接口堵好，可以检测出手压泵系统的气密性。压力检测范围从0～25MPa（各挡）。　　9、气泵及微调：气泵为手动打压系统，微调为细调压力值，当压力显示值上下偏差时，进行微调。仪表为静态加压系统，因此加压到满量程后，数值下降速度快。在实际操作使用中，请打压到满量程超出报警后仪表显示OVERRANGE！P稳定2-3分钟，再用微调缓慢调整，调准显示值（反复上下微调几次）。此产品为特殊规格校验仪，如需量程选型请致电：0517-86994588 (德国数字压力校验仪)
